Corpus Performance offers a variety of training options at every level. We provide group-based personal training, 1 on 1 sessions, and app-based training available across the country. We break down training by age grouping first, then once an athlete progresses, we train sport specific.
Youth Athletes
Corpus Youth Performance trains athletes to meet and exceed their athletic goals. Our performance classes are designed specifically for our athletes to deliver challenging, fun, age-appropriate training that addresses their needs as they grow and mature. We invest in our athletes to produce lifelong results, strengthening the body, mind, and character through skills acquisition, consistent practice, and unique programming, all while developing discipline and teamwork.
individual/small group
Corpus can tailor a sport specific training plan for your individual needs, or for a small group. We believe that you can't run faster or lift heavier if you don't know how to do either properly. Call us for more information
TEams
Consultations include your goals, objectives, and reasons for wanting a healthier lifestyle. We’ll review your medical history, including any medications and supplements you’re currently taking. With that guidance, we can begin to discuss your dietary preferences and cooking habits, and identify trouble spots, like skipping breakfast or late-night snacking. From there, we’ll develop some initial pointers to help you start eating healthier.
