STRENGTH CAMPS
High intensity camps focus of strength, power, and maximal output. Athletes and clients will use Olympic lifts, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and more to push their body to the limit. These camps can be tailored to any sport, team, or like-minded individual’s needs. Ratio is capped at 1:15
SEMI-PRIVATE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
In this small group setting, athletes and clients will be individually evaluated so we can program 4 weeks of personalized training material. We will then guide you through each 4 week training cycle. These classes are capped at a coach to client ratio of 1:4
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
These 1-on-1 sessions are scheduled individually as our schedule allows. These highly focused session give you the maximum face time with us.
ONE TIME CONSULTATION
Whether you are from out of town, or unsure of where to start, a one time consultation with a Strength Coach of Personal Training will allow you to address your questions about training or issues of pain. From then, we can help determine whether Physical Therapy or training is the right option, or if your symptoms are more serious and warrant further treatment to a Physician. You will leave better educated about your condition and how to resolve it. Program design and long distance training management is available.
